Training Activity on Customer Service or Customer Care

This training activity is a good session opener or structured learning experience (SLE) on the topics Customer Service, Customer Care or Frontline training. This exercise is suitable if the participants came from the same organization/company/institution.
In this activity, the participants will be able to know how their co-workers perceive her customer service skills and attitude which he/she may use in identifying her positive and negative qualities.

Training Activity: Human Bingo

This BINGO game is a favorite training or classroom unfreezer/icebreaker/deinhibitizer and is called by different names: Autograph Bingo,  Signature Bingo, Human Bingo, and People Bingo.
Its objective is to allow people to use the modified Bingo Card to mingle and get to know the other people in the group.
How to do it?

Create a modified Bingo Card putting list of humorous or interesting facts about the participants instead of numbers in the card. See the photo for reference.

Training Activity: Team Commercial

This training or classroom activity is good as an introduction exercise, an unfreezer, icecreaker, deinhibitizer, energizer or simply as a game adapted from Pickett Institute Curriculum, ILJ.
Instructions:

Break the group into teams (5 to 6 teams for a large group of 30 to 50,  and 3 to 4 teams for small groups of 15 to 25).
Give the teams ten (10) minutes to reach a consensus on developing a 30 second “team commercial.”  This commercial or advertisement should show the rest of the plenary about their team, for instance, show interesting things …

Setting and Reaching Organizational Goals

Here are six (6) quick easy steps to motivate members to commit to organizational goals:
(1). Make clear and defined goals. If your goal is to “Maximize return on equity,” make sure employees know what equity means and what you consider a good return.
